
From November 30th to December 2nd, Shanghai Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted a training program for full process consulting project managers on the theme of "Improving Professional Quality and Understanding Customer Needs", called the "Far Voyage Plan", to further enhance the professional ability and service level of full process consulting project managers and promote the company's transformation and business development. Zhang Qiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the company, Zhuang Guofang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Tao Hong, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, attended the opening and closing of this training session.
This training adopts the method of "centralized teaching+practical exercises", scientifically setting up teaching courses, and improving the effectiveness of the training through direct participation of students, on-site evaluation by experts, and two-way communication. A total of 48 trainees participated in this training, including project backbones from various business units of the company.
Zhuang Guofang delivered the opening speech on behalf of the company's leadership team, introducing the background of the "Far Voyage Plan" training course for the project manager of Quanzi, as well as the purpose and significance of establishing a talent development research institute under the company's strategic layout. He hopes that all students will: firstly, cherish the training opportunity, and with the support of the company's strong internal trainer team and scientific training system, study seriously and humbly strive for progress; The second is to focus on the technical and thinking aspects of work content and project construction management, strive to improve through learning, and actively practice in different fields by leveraging one's strengths; The third is to liberate the mind, strengthen interaction and communication, and jointly harvest and grow.

The first lesson of the class, "Team Management in the Engineering Consulting Industry," was taught by Zhuang Guofang. Based on his own experience and insights in leading teams, he vividly explained the importance of building efficient teams, conflict management, and other aspects to better understand the importance and practical skills of team management, and to enhance leadership and teamwork skills in engineering consulting projects.

The second important course of the training was taught by the Deputy General Manager of the company, Bo Weibiao, on "Traceability and Capability Building of Full Process Consulting Services". He provided a detailed introduction to the development of the industry and company's full process consulting business in the context of the full process consulting policy environment, helping students broaden their horizons from a higher dimension, understand the company's strategic initiatives, service origins, and service thinking, obtain comprehensive industry dynamics and enterprise development status, and be fully prepared to face future challenges.
This training also invited multiple experts from both inside and outside the company to give lectures, covering professional knowledge from multiple dimensions such as role recognition, early-stage business, overall planning and design management.

During the training process, all participants actively interacted and worked together to complete the group assignment and prepare an excellent report, which was highly recognized by the experts and provided optimization suggestions.

The last "Customer Relationship Management" course of this training class was taught by Zhang Qiang, who explained customer analysis, customer relationship building, marketing skills and strategies. Through extensive experience sharing and case analysis, the course helped students better understand the actual situation of customers, identify key customer needs, establish good customer relationships and effective cooperation, and continuously improve service capabilities and quality.
